At Prana Hands in San Diego, California our mission is to uplift and empower individuals by spreading the profound teachings of Pranic Healing. Prana Hands is the official Pranic Healing® and Arhatic Yoga® center in San Diego since 2010. We are dedicated to making energetic healing tools accessible to everyone—regardless of background or experience—so that all may experience greater physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Rooted in the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of Pranic Healing, we offer a welcoming space for learning, healing, and transformation. The Founder of Pranic Healing

GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of Pranic Healing, a powerful and effective energy healing system that has transformed the lives of millions worldwide. Born in the Philippines, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui dedicated his life to the study and practice of energy healing. With a background in chemical engineering and a deep interest in spiritual teachings, he synthesized ancient healing traditions with modern scientific principles to develop Pranic Healing.

Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy healing technique that works with the body's energy field, known as the aura. It involves cleansing and energizing the body’s energy centers, known as chakras, to help the body naturally heal itself. The system emphasizes the importance of energy balance and its profound impact on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings and books have been instrumental in spreading Pranic Healing across the globe, making it accessible to people from all walks of life. His innovative approach to energy healing emphasizes self-healing, spiritual development, and the power of love and compassion. Through Pranic Healing, he sought to empower individuals to take control of their health and spiritual growth, leading to greater harmony and fulfillment.

Hey, I'm Gabi Palma-Cruz

Dr. Gabi Palma-Cruz, DACM
Certified Pranic Healing® Instructor | Founder of Prana Hands

Dr. Gabi Palma-Cruz was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Since a young age, she was exposed to many different energy healing modalities and spiritual paths. Her desire to understand the many metaphysical “superstitions” rooted in Brazilian culture led her to begin studying the interactions of subtle energies.

In 2005, She discovered Pranic Healing® and Arhatic Yoga®, an energy healing modality and meditation school that changed her life. Pranic Healing® and Arhatic Yoga® allowed Dr. Gabi to find her true mission in life: to care for people. After moving to San Diego, she opened Prana

Hands in 2010 to spread this amazing work through healing sessions, meditations and workshops. Since then, she has led weekly group meditations and special meditations events, including events at Qualcomm, Fleet and Family Support Center and Naval Medical Center San Diego.

Dr. Gabi is a Certified Pranic Healing® Instructor and practitioner working directly under the most active Pranic Healing® master in the world, Master Stephen Co. She is a proficient Pranic

Healer with a consistent record of success and has helped many to achieve new levels of health and happiness. She is constantly investing in her education in the Integrative Health field. She received a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2022. At home, she is a dedicated spouse, mother of 2 children, Logan and Mae. Her family inspires her to keep up with her mission.
